On the backside of the CC2400, the pin 1 marking was connected to the center AGND of the component.
Was this connection defined in the specifications of the device?
Also, has the connection between the pin 1 marking and AGND been part of the specifications since the initial release of the IC?
When the customer mounted the component on the board, there was a power through-hole near the pin 1 marking on the backside of the component.
The pin 1 marking came into contact with the power through-hole, resulting in a short circuit between power and GND.
As a result, an investigation was conducted and it was found that there is electrical continuity between the pin 1 marking and AGND.
