For CC2400, what's the current consumption for core (AVDD/DVDD1.8, be 1.8V) and digital I/O (VDDIO, be 3.3V) separately? The datasheet doesn't differentiate the two parameters in sectio 5 Electrical Specifications.

The current consumption of the digital I/O (DVDD3.3) is dependent on the pin activity / load. The current consumption stated in the data sheet includes the DVDD3.3, and assumes a minimum of activity on the pins (such as data being output during RX).
For instance, in RX the current consumption on the 1.8V VDDs will be ~24mA, while the current consumption on DVDD3.3 should only be in the order of microamps unless the pin activity / load is excessively high.
