Using CC2510 with SmartRF05

Hello,

Please advise what should be done in order to use CC2510EM with SmartRF05.

The original kit works with SmartRF04.

If the firmware update can solve, please send this firmware and instructions how to update it.

    According to page 10 in the UserGuide for SmartRF05 (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru210a/swru210a.pdf) CC2510EM is supported. The firmware should be included in SmartRF studio 7.

    Hi Igor,

    CC2510EM can be used together with SmartRF05EB, meaning that you can plug the EM into the EB and control the radio from SmartRF Studio, program the flash with SmartRF Flash Programmer, use it as a capture device with SmartRF Packet Sniffer or debug your code with IAR Embedded Workbench. However, the software examples for CC2510 are written for the SmartRF04EB (since that's the board you get in the CC2510-CC2511DK).
