ADC Module of CC2538

Hi all,

I have some questions about ADC module of CC2538. I want to measure the battery voltage which is the one of the power supplies of the circuit. I will use a voltage regulator for VDD of the CC2538. Please check the below picture "adc_app.jpg" .

 

My Questions are;

1) Can I connect different voltage levels to AVDD and AVDD5 as the above diagram? Are AVDD pins and AVDD5 pin separate from each other in CC2538?

2) I have looked through the datasheet and user guide documents of CC2538 but I could not find detail information about AVDD5. Which is the pin AVDD5? I have just found the information that "AVDD5 is 33th pin of the CC2538" in TI E2E Community forum.  Is it correct and Which document is this information inculuded?
