XDS 110 Debugger Error

The XDS 110 debugger gives below response when debugging. How can I recover this?

Is there an "update" option?

Yup. I did the update. But this error kept appearing short while after the debugging begun. I restarted the CCS IDE several times and this stopped happening. I was working on the sensortag project. I increased the stack size of the sensortag task in SensorTag.c file. This happened right after I did that change. I'm not sure whether the season was increasing the Stack size. But how can a change made in the project affect the firmware of the debugger??

Try to replace your USB cable. A not good USB cable causes this issue sometimes.
