    Electirically yes,  physically no, the CC2530EMK does not bring DD, DC, and /RESET out on a cc-Debugger  compatable 10 pin header. The cc-Debugger comes with ribbon cable supporting both 2 x 5 x  .1" headers and 2 x 5 x  .05" headers.

    One approach is to get a Ti SOC-BB battery board which provides the 10 pin header for the CC-Debugger and two 20 pin connectors for the CC2530EMK in addition to the battery holder for portable power and some switches and LEDs.

    On could get by with rigging a 10 pin header to the CC2530EMK along with a 2 x AAA battery holder...
