Would you please advise the impedance of pins 6,7 and 8 of the CC2400?

Is there any impedance requirements while connecting to those pins?

    CC2400 is not recommended for new designs. Any good reasons you want to use this chip?

    Also the impedance in this nodes is not relevant. The relevant parameter is the impedance these pins want to see in Rx and Tx.
