could you advise the reference schematic (or the pin connection) of CC2544. I only can find Vbus powered reference on TI web.
Customer's board doesn't have 5V. they have 3.3V only on board.

Should I keep VBUS and DECOPL2 at floating? Supply AVDDx and IOVDDx directly with external 3.3V.
Actually I think that is much better idea to leave them floating than grounding them. There are some ESD structures in place that will cause a lot of current consumption if you ground the VBUS and DECOPL2 pins and supply the AVDDx directly.
