I have bought the SmartRF06EB and CC1310EM, when I tried to measure the current of the EM, I found the TP11 has no signal at all. Carefully looked the board I found the U504(INA216 is not loaded. I wonder why?

As I know, current measurement unit (U504) is removed because it would consume extra current and make measurement inaccuracy. You can refer to 6.12.2 Current Measurement Jumper in swru321a -srf06 user guide to show you how to measure current consumption from SmartRF06EB.

measurement with jumper is only for an ammeter but not for oscilloscope, how to measure the TX current during only a couple of milliseconds of transmission time?

Hi,

Place a low value resistor in series, then measure the voltage peaks on the resistor with an oscope.
