The DLP-RF430BP is made by a 3rd party, the schematic can be seen on the last page of this document: http://www.dlpdesign.com/dlp-rf430bp-ds-v12.pdf

You can also look at the RF430CL330HTB as a reference board for schematics and BOM: http://www.ti.com/tool/rf430cl330htb

There is download for the Design Files on the product page which has both Schematics and BOM for that board.
