Does the SMARTRFTRXEBK support CC2500 Evaluation Module?. In the Description section of the SMARTRF Board, it is shown as CC2500EM is being supported however, in the SmartRF Transceiver Evaluation Board User’s Guide (Rev. A) document I could not see CC2500EMK in Chapter 5 (Using the SmartRF Transceiver Evaluation Board)?

    Yes, it can be used. Please see the following. This in under CC2500 page on our website.

    The SmartRF Transceiver Evaluation Board (TrxEB) is intended to be used together with Texas Instruments’ low-power RF transceivers for evaluation, performance testing and software development.

    The following transceiver evaluation modules are supported:

    • CC1101EM*
    • CC11xLEM*
    • CC112xEM*
    • CC1175EM*
    • CC1200EM*
    • CC2500EM
    • CC2520EM

    (*) all frequency variants and combinations with CC1190 also supported
