i have a case with CC2420, and i found if i use SmartRF Studio have to download version 6. i didn't found version 6 download address at ti.com. could you please share SmartRF Studio 6 download address in here?

No. It should be SmartRF(TM) Studio 6.13.1 (Rev. S).
