Hi Support,

if we want to reset the Configuration parameter and status attribute to the FW default value from the RemoTI apl.

RTI_WriteItem, StartupOption=2)

Please help to clarify the usage

Hi Barrel,

What exactly has not been made clear given the RemoTI API information? This parameter option will clear the Configuration Parameters attributes every time the device is reset, if this functionality is not desired then every parameter should be individually set to the default value using RTI_WriteItem before the device is reset with StartupOption = 1.
