CC2430: About error massage at writing on GangPro-CC tool

Hello,

Regarding to GangPro-CC tool on CC2430F128, my customer is asking a question.

(Question)

They are using GangPro-CC for CC2430 flash writing.

But on only one device, when flash writing, error massage is shown as following.

(Selected device and target device are different.)

Certainly, the target device is CC2430F128.(Below)

Is there any possible reason on GangPro-CC?

Or does this device have any problem?

Hi,

If you use CC-DEBUGGER and Smart RF Studio, what is your device recognized as?

It it's recognized as CC2430 there you need to contact the vendor of the GangPro-CC tool.
