Hi,

We are running AM4378 with WL1837 interfaced over SDIO. We are running AP + Mesh solution.

When connecting devices in SAE authentication mode, we can see some action frames going encrypted.

It seems PMF is getting enabled automaticall. If that is the case, is there a way to disable PMF for mesh interface?

I am attaching packet capture from the setup. Please provide assistance in resolving theseproetcted.zip

Mac Address of DUT : 98:ae:71:00:25:ed.

You can put filter for this DUT mac address & find action frames

Hi Sudharshan,

Yes, this is the field I am mentioning. If you see in this frame, there is CCMP parameter added & payload is encrypted.

Hi Ravi Kant,

As per the mail conversation removal of 0003-ieee80211-mesh-handle-secured-PREQ-frames.patch resolved the issue related to the encrypted action frames and hence the issue will be closed.
