CC2530 can't be detected

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2530, CC2540

Hello everyone,

I have made a board by  the reference design of the CC2530 on TI.com,but the chip on it can't  be detected by debugger.

I'm sure the debugger works right since it can detect another CC2530 on the development kit.

I try to use an o'scope to check  the waveform on  pin DD、pin \RESET of CC2530. Then I find, following the transitions on pin /RESET,  the waveform from pin DD on my board is different from the one on the development kit. Is it the reason why the CC2530 on my board can't be detected ? Does it mean the chip is damaged or  there are other problems on my board?and what should I do then?

Need helps.

Thanks.
