TMS3705: Difference between B version and D version

Part Number: TMS3705

Dear colleague,

In customer previous desgin, they choose B version to use.

But currently in TI.com, we just find TMS3705DDRQ1 and TMS3705EDRQ1, so I want to know whether TMS3705DDRQ1 could replace B version?

Whether need to pay attention to something?

Thanks a lot!

Best Regards,

Rock Su

  • Hello Rock Su,

if a customer used the B version before the replacement is the D version. The B version is obsolete and the D version has no functional differences to the B version. The version change was only production related.

In case a customer used the A version before the replacement is the E version and has also no functional differences.

    Best regards,
