LAUNCHXL-CC2650: (Error -242 @ 0x0) and (Emulation package 9.3.0.00042)

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-CC2650

Hi Team, assisting a customer with their concern. Hoping for your inputs on this,

Having trouble connecting my LAUNCHPAD using CC-26x2. When I try to connect it, I get the following error "A router subpath could not be accessed. The board configuration file is probably incorrect."

The error is (Error -242 @ 0x0) and (Emulation package 9.3.0.00042)

Also, when I switch the JTAG connectors (because I have 2 launchpads), the code is still not being able to upload on the original one, so I believe that means the cables themselves are fine.

t looks like a problem with the actual evaluation board itself. When I try "test connection" in CCS, it does not recognize it. I can give you that error too if it helps?
