Hi! I'm an italian developer, I've started working on msp launchpad 2 weeks ago and I've learned almost all the basics include UART tranceiver.

Now I'm trying to interface the launchpad trought SPI with cc1120 (I have a board with this chip on at work office).

So, I've played with pin to reset, enable ecc.. but how to communicate with it?

Hi Pietro

If you look at post http://e2e.ti.com/support/low_power_rf/f/156/p/223754/789022.aspx#789022 you will find a sw example for the launchpad witch has a SPI interface to the CC110L air Module. The CC1120 can use the same SPI interface if you connect it to the correct corresponding pins. For writing to the extended register space you also need to expand the SPI functions in the same way as for the CC1120 Easy Link example (http://www.ti.com/litv/zip/swrc253)
