Does CC2538 support Boundary Scan? I see no mention in the TRM or DS but I wanted to confirm because the TRM mentioned IEEE1149.1 support and support for the EXTEST instruction. Support for this instruction makes sense if the device supports Boundary Scan, otherwise, I can't understand why this instruction is supported if BSDL isn't.
