RI-ACC-PTB2-00 operation with Windows 7

Customer was using RI-ACC-PTB2-00 and the software for TMS37127 trimming.

They faced on the problem which it does not work with OS windows 7, while XP was OK.

Please advise how to solve the problem.

can you double check the device #, please?
the combination you list is not possible.
the PBT2 is for TMS37126, -128 and some others
The RI-ACC-PBOX-20 is for the -127 and is obsolete.

You are correct. it was our mistake.

The customer have RI-ACC-PBOX for TMS37127.

Plus, we found TI has not support the software for Windows 7.

thanks - one of our engineers confirmed how to use the tool with Win7

you need to use in XP compatible mode, with USB to 232 converter

he was able to read and trim the device correctly using this method
