Hi

I want to design a PCB to the reference design as:

I have a few questions please:

1. is this design protect from high VSWR? if not, i will be happy to get an advice how to deal with that..

2. which nets should be 50ohm? (antenna's nets?RX/TX on CC112x?Skyworks' nets?other?)

    1) Some Skywork FEMs have a built in protection, some not. Please check the Skyworks datasheets.

    2) Only the trace out towards the antenna is 50 ohm. Note that a track for < 1 GHz has to be fairly long to be regarded as a transmission line.

    If a trace is shorter than 1/10 of the wavelength of the wanted frequency it's not behaving as a transmission line. That does not mean that you can change the length of the other traces freely. For out designs the lines that are not 50 ohm the impedance of that trace has been taken into account in the simulations/ selections of components.
