CC1350: proprietary 2.4G example code for CC1350

Hi All,

I would like to use CC1350 proprietary 2.4G mode, but I can't find any example code on the CC13x0_SDK v1.40 or BLE_SDK v2.2.1 .

Does CC1350 support proprietary 2.4G mode? If yes, How to find the example code for Packet_TX/ Packet_RX ?

Hello Jack,
The examples do not contain 2.4GHz for CC1350 and is officially not supported. But it should work if you try. You can try using the CC2650 examples and port it by modifying the board files.

Hi Prashanth,

I have try to create an RF_Packet example base on TI_RTOS_2_21_00_06 for CC2650 and modify it to CC1350.

But the compiler will fail because of loss patch file, the patch file named "rf_patch_mce_genfsk.h". And there is only one file named "rf_patch_mce_genfsk.h" and in the path of CC26XXWARE.

Should I use the same patch file in CC26XXWARE or will there be another patch file for CC13XXWARE ?

Yes, you should be able to use same patch file for CC1350 as well.
