CC2543: Max Storage Temp

All,

The max storage temp in the datasheet for this device shows 125C. Is it possible to store this device at 150C? is there any test data to show otherwise?

Hello Leo,

It's possible to store the device at any temperature but we do not have data that confirms if the device will operate according to specification if the storage temperature listed in the ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS from the data sheet are exceeded. Please refer to footnote 1, which includes:

"Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device."

Can TI perform any qual testing up to 150C storage temp?

No problem, Leo.

There are no plans to qualify the device for a higher storage temperature rating.
