FLASH-PROGRAMMER: Batch error

I am fairly new to this software but I am unable to find any of my files when I downloaded the flash programmer on multiple computers. I have attached a picture of what I am seeing even when there is something in the usb port.

What device do you have plugged in?
Also have you referred to the user manual to guide you through this?

I currently have the CC debugger plugged into the USB and am trying to get that to work, however, I see that same screen error whether something is plugged in or not.
