Hi,

Can TI advise if the CC8520 (with CC2592 range extender) can be certified as a 20dBm EIRP frequency hopping device, per section 4.3.1 of the latest draft (2.1.1) of the 300 328 regulation?  Draft linked here: https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_en/300300_300399/300328/02.01.01_60/en_300328v020101p.pdf
