What is the temperature range of the sensor? Can the sensor be configured to be placed on human skin to check local temperature?

Hello Lorenzo,

The temperature range should be 0-70 degrees which is the range for the device.

The sensor can be configured that way but please keep in mind this is a general reference design and has never been tested for or approved for any medical applications. It's just a general demo which shows how the device could potentially be used in such an application.

Thanks. Can the temp range be narrowed? 30-40 degrees celcius for example

Hello Lorenzo,

The thermistor will just tell you what the temperature is, there isn't really a narrow range you can set to make it work/not work... if you want to reject readings outside that range or flag them as an issue, that would be an application specific functionality you can include.
