Hi ,

Noted CC-Debugger-User's Guide Page 16-19

8.2 Updating the firmware manually in SmartRF Flash Programmer
loading sucessful ,but cc-debuger not recognized

8.4 Resurrecting the CC Debugger

operated software" Texas Instruments SmartRF Flash Programer"

download "EB application" ------->cebal_fw_srf05dbg.hex it is OK

but in EB booloader ,the table of EB ID can't find out device (it is null) so it can't loading files

need we change IC CC2511?

If the method described under "8.4 Resurrecting the CC Debugger" does not work it sounds like the debugger has been damaged and you should get a new one.

The CC-Debuger is brought from www.mouser.com ,if don't have clear evidence, they can't rechange the new one

if we can try to resurrect it well ,need not to argue with supplier

Do you think what happened to device ,CC2511 has been damaged?

As in get I meant buy a new one. See e2e.ti.com/.../763015 on where you can get a new one.

The debugger could potentially have been damaged by ESD.

I had a similar problem running Win 10 on a 64-bit computer. The CC Debugger was showing up in device manager, but the entry showed that there was no driver installed, event though the normal installation procedure was used for installing the SmartRF Flash Programmer. I found the required driver, cebal2_x64.exe, in http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/swrc212
