CC2510: RF Test (Smart RF Studio 7)

Part Number: CC2510

Hi,

Because of the low success rate of trust, we are now testing with CC2510DK.

But the same register settings have different results.(OK => NG) Why?Pls help.

(Tx,Rx,as same)

(OK↓)

(NG↓)
  • Hi,

Your (NG↓) screenshot is not showing.
Can you elaborate a bit more on your problem? Are both the OK and NG tested on a CC2510DK?

    Best Regards,
    R.M
  • Hi,

I need you to provide more information to be able to help you.
What are the difference between your OK run and your NG run?
Are you using CC2510DK both on the Tx and Rx side?

Please explain your test setup as detailed as possible.

    Best Regards,
    R.M
  • Hi, R.M

At the beginning, the company developed products and found that the rate dropped from 42K to 41K.

The success rate of reception will drop.

It will completely fail at 39K.

Now it is tested with CC2510DK.

Now I'm using CC2510DK on the Tx and Rx side.

Will fill in the 42K parameters into Smartrf Studio 7. Test OK.
After dropping 42K to 39K, test NG.
Then adjust the 42K parameters and test NG.
    Probably this is the case.

  • HI,

I am sorry but I do not understand what you mean by 42K, 41K and 39K? Are you talking about Kbaud? kHz deviation? Or?

    Best Regards,
    R.M
  • I am sorry that I did not explain.
    It's RF Datarate.
  • Hi,

Can you provide your exact settings for your OK and NG setup? Please use the code export in Smart RF Studio.

    Best Regards,
    R.M
  • HI R.M
I found that I have different operating sequences and will have different results.
    Is my operation wrong?
