CC2544: Does each CC2544 chip have an unique ID ?

Hi team,

Does each CC2544 chip have an unique ID for production check ?

For CC2540/2541, each chip has unique BLE address. For CC2530/2531, each chip has unique IEEE MAC address. Though CC2544 is proprietary usage, is there any unique ID pre-flash in its flash ?

It doesn't look like we program any unique IDs on CC2544.

Yes, the customer should assign unique IDs in this case.

The info page contains information about lot number and die placement on wafer. This information combined will compose a unique value for each single device.
