Hi,

In all the reference designs the VDD_PA connected to the VDD_RF.

  1. Is it possible to supply those two voltages from diffrent sources?
  2. Can i turn off VDD_PA  and keep suppling the VDD_RF
  3. Can I get graph of Tx Power of the TRF7964S versus temperature?

    Hello Ofer,

    1) VDD_RF and VDD_PA are not to be supplied externally at all, those pins are for internal regulators within the device which require filter caps to operate correctly.
    2) Based on above info, no you cannot.
    3) We don't have such a graph, sorry.
