Hello Kuerbis,
the RF frontend contains a limiter circuit which limit the antenna voltage to the limiter clamping voltage of 3V to 3.6V. The maximum current that the limiter can handle to clamp the voltage is 70mA. Under normal circumstances with i.e. a TRF7970A reader and a antenna size as used on the EVM board you will be far away from this current. This means the customer does not have to take care about the antenna voltage VANT because this is done by the limiter circuit.
