RF430FRL152H: Using Analog Sensors

Hello,

I have been evaluating the RF430FRL152H using the Evaluation Board, And have been successful using an analog sensor connected on ADC0 and reading just using an Android App we built just by NFC. Now we're on the implementation phase, and I have a couple questions:

When purchasing the RF430FRL152H. Does it come ready from factory ready to use with NFC? We designed the antenna and put all the required passive elements.
If I connect another analog sensor to (let's say) ADC1. Are the values measured and written on the FRAM block 9 (relatively) synchronized?
Is it possible to use a digital sensor (through I2C) just with power from the NFC field?

Hello Marco,

yes, the RF430FRL152H comes ready to use with enabled NFC (ISO15693) communication. This let the customer program the device "over the air" and he did not have to use the JTAG connection to load own firmware.

The build in ROM firmware works with a scheduler and you can configure when and how often the ADC samples the selected input. Of course not in parallel because its only one ADC.

A digital sensor can be supplied from the RF filed but only very low current is available for that (FAQ chapter 2.4)
