CC Debugger redetect tool doesn't work for more than 5 cc debuggers at a time

Link to related question. https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/other-wireless/f/other-wireless-technologies-forum/231170/reset-cc-debugger-from-software

In the previous question, user: TIABO provided an executable to achieve the needed results of resetting a CC debugger. Which still works. However, since I am trying to program an array (pcba panel) of boards with 10 cc debuggers plugged in at the same time, the redetect tool he provided only seems to be able to recognize 5 units at a time. Where as my PC is able to detect all of the CC debuggers (10).

Could the redetect code but updated to work with a larger number of cc debuggers plugged in?

OR, could the source code be provided so I can try making an update?

OR more convenient, why is this code not build in to the BLEupdate tool itself?

  • Hi,

Unfortunately the organization at our site has changed quite a lot and I don't know about the executable that is mentioned here. Have not been able to find anything  yet. Need to search further to see if we find something.

    Regards,

  • Your help is much appreciated. Just for some additional information. I have tried disabling the device in "Device Manager" and then re-enabling it. but this doesn't seem to cause the device to do the necessary "reset" for redetecting if a chip is present
