Hi,

Can we do the sample program in CCStudio without using the development board? If yes, could you provide the tutorials for CC2652R7?

It's a bit unclear what you are asking about.

- The device can be programmed in two ways: Serial bootloader over UART/ SPI or using the JTAG interface. The latter is typically used for development since with the former you have no debug options. Meaning for development you can use any board that has a CC2652R7 + a JTAG connector.

- You need a XDS110 or similar as debugger. The Launchpads have a XDS110 on board but any Launchpad can be used to program your board.

There is documentation inside the Proprietary RF User's Guide (among others) which includes Running Software Examples on the CC13x2x7 or CC26x2x7 and using Custom Hardware.
