CC1110-CC1111: 868MHz 2nd harmonic suppression for EMC compliance

Part Number: CC1110-CC1111

I'm using the CC1110F8 in a design at 868.3MHz & the power output set to +10dBm & the unit failed at 699.1MHz

I added the filter in place of C125 as recommended in the apps note https://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra168a/swra168a.pdf section 4.1. This fixed this issue.

We then had an additional failure at the 2nd harmonic so I changed C123 from 3.3pF to 8.2pF while on site to get it to pass. Unfortunately I was limited in time and capacitor values so I wasn't able to experiment much & there's no suggestions about this in the apps note.

Section 5.2 app note does say talk about ETSI but it talks about the limits being -30dBm but they are now -50dBm

Are there any new circuit suggestions, or component changes to accommodate these new limits?
