Hi.
I need help to calculate CC1352 board SNR. I need to estimate N₀ , but some information is missing from the datasheet.

ITU-R document SM.1235-0 has several graphs for determining the Eb/N0 ratio, but does not have a graph for BPSK or 2-GFSK.

References used: ITU-R SM.1235-0, IEEE P802.15-10-0808-00 and Sklar (88).

Do you apply another method for SNR?

Formula: C/N = E_b/N₀* f_b/Bw

E_b/N₀= 11,1dB

fb = is the bit rate, and

Bw is the receiver noise bandwith

E_b/N₀: was taken from a graph BER vs. E_b/N₀from Intersil.

Hi,

For cascade noise calculations, we normally use 7 dB NF for the CC1352x.

Thanks for your attention. NF (noise figure) = 7dB ok, I understand, but is there a way to determine the Eb/No ratio from a graph similar to the figure below?

Hi,

We normally specify "PER vs. Level vs. Frequency" in the datasheet instead.

Please refer to Figure 8-35, Figure 8-36, Figure 8-37 & Figure 8-38 for the various datarates in the CC1352P datasheet
