I need to comply with FCC Part 15 247 standard for achieving a minimum 500 kHz 6 dB Occupied Bandwidth.

Note that if you use frequency hopping you don't need to comply with the 500 kHz bandwidth.

Can you tell, In what scenario I need to comply with 500 kHz Min OBW.
In my existing configuarion i have set 916 MHz carrier , 54.9 KHz Frequency Deviation , 2-FSK modulation , BIT and Symbol rate as 19.2 kbps/ksps.
I am able to communicate on the other side with the sensor.
But the only worry here is as per the FCC Part 15 247 , I need to have min OBW of 500 KHh.
But with my configuration, I am getting only 140 KHz.
FCC Part 15.247 state that you can either use frequency hopping or comply with 500 kHz / 6 dB. Please read the standard in detail.
