Hi.

I have some question about the CC1201.

1. Temperature compensation of Tx.

- Can I get some guide documents or reference for temperature compensation of RF (TX)

2. Configuration of GMSK.

- Does CC1201 support the GMSK? If yes, how do I configure register?

- Are there any examples related to configure GMSK?

- Are there some examples or guides on how to set up GMSK and the modulation index?

1: The CC1201 doesn't have any built-in temperature compensation in TX. If you need this you have to implement this from the MCU side. Measure the temperature and if the temperature is within set limits, select a different output power setting.

2: See page one in the datasheet. Here MSK is defined as modulation index = 0.5 and the modulation is set to (G)FSK.

Is it a given device you want to be compatible with using MSK?

Hi,

I made the mistake of pressing the 'This reolved my issue button'

And I have a question about temperature compensation.

If I implement temperature compensation from the MCU side,

Is it possible to set the output power setting without reset or rebooting while the CC1201 is running?

To set a new output power:

- Strobe SIDLE (The output power can only be changed when in IDLE)

- Change the value of the PA_CFG1.PA_POWER

- Strobe STX to transmit with the new output power.
