CC1312R: Impedance of RF path

The EM has low area and a number of signals have to routed to given pins on the EM. This limits the degree of freedom and hence the RF path has a 90 degree change in direction. 

Not clear what other differences they want a comment on.

May I suggest them just follow SWRC360.ZIP or SWRR160D.zip , then contact their PCB vendor help to calculate  and make sure the impedance to meet 50 Ohm ?

Note that it's just the traces/ nodes within the red rectangle below that should be regarded as 50 ohm traces:

Note that these traces has to be longer than about 1/10 wavelength to behave like a transmission line. If the traces are shorter than this I would just route them ~0.3 mm wide.

Both ref designs can be followed.

We would like to know there is the same impedance control before and after balun. 

Please advise. 

We don't use impedance control on any traces. As said, the only traces that potentially have to be controlled are the traces I marked above.
