CC1312R: Is the temperature range -40 to 105 for CC1312R ambient or junction temperature?

Hi team,

Could you please verify the temperature range -40 to 105 for CC1312R ambient or junction temperature?  The CC13x2R datasheets use junction temperature while the CC1352P datasheet uses ambient temperature, it's kind of confusing...

I'm asking because a customer is comparing CC1310 and CC1312 for their application, CC1310 datasheet states an ambient temperature of 85 ºC and CC1312R is 105 ºC of junction temperature, this makes it difficult for the customer to do an apple-to-apple comparison for their thermal performance. Would you recommend which one is better for use of high temperature?
