I am looking for a method to send data without packet by packet.

Not sure what you are trying to implement. Could you post a drawing/ description of what you need on the air and the timing?

At the moment I dont have any idea about timing.

What I'm thinking is some kind of thing like encryption with the custom data stream(as the private key).

So you want a continuous know datastream? What do you need that for? 

Actually I need to transmit 30Kb of data stream under 10-20seconds time. So sending packet by packet exceeds the time frame. We need to check every possible way to reduce TX times. Because this 30kb is reading from a file and then sent. So it also take time. 

if we can sent 30kb or at least 1Kb once;

or send packets as bursts;

This is what our team is doing.

At the end we need repeat this proses for 10-15 times for send multiple .pgm image files with 100m range.

How would you handle bit errors when sending the files? If you send very long packets the probability for a bit error within the packet is close to 1.

Actually these validations processes are not been planned yet. We just want to do the TX and Rx process accordingly with the distances and with multiple Rx devices. And yes we will have to look for a mechanism for bit errors as well.
