Does the CC1125 use the same silicon as the CC1120?

The CC112x family has 3 members:

CC1125: The highest performing device. This device are capable of lower RX BW and higher RX BW compared to the other devices in this family. Typically used for high performance, narrow band systems.

CC1120: Some more limitations on RX BW

CC1121: Minimum RX BW is around 40 kHz.

All the devices are register compatible.

If you have a system with CC1120 today, the CC1120 can be replaced with a CC1125 without any changes and with the same performance.
