LP-CC1312R7: RSSI vs time get stuck & TX carrier drift during temperature test.

Part Number: LP-CC1312R7
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: WMBUS, CC1312R

Hi

while measuring RSSI vs time (Rx continuous), i observed that the RSSI reading for the LP-CC1312R7 get stuck after some time.

i.e. changing the signal level does not result in a change in RSSI, less than 10 minutes after pressing start continuous rx.

Is this a known bug for RF studio or a side effect of the lack of repeated internal RF calibration for the PLL / PLL unlock ?

The radio is configured to the following settings : 869.525 MHz, gfsk, 25 kHz deviation, 50 kb/s (i.e. wmbus mode C for EU, OTM)

We use a wmbus c-mode MTO setup to start and change the carrier and modulation parameters  to match OTM settings.

when the measurement is running normally i get the following plots

During testing of the evaluation board vs temperature i have also observed the following :

During the temperature cycling from 85 degC to 0 degC, it was observed that, the frequency carrier drift by 1.8 kHz until the radio is stopped and restarted.
