LAUNCHXL-CC1350: No bluetooth name on the list

Hi Team,

Could you help our customer for their concern below.

I have a LAUNCHXL-CC1350 eval board. When I connect the device to the computer via USB, I cannot see the Bluetooth name on my phone. In addition, when following the instructions in this link dev.ti.com/.../node I get an error in the "Pre-work" process.

I am getting an error like this.Can you help me please, I have been trying since morning, but I have not been able to connect to the device yet.

 

I can install the program. I can use the leds on it. I can receive data via Serial but I cannot see the bluetooth name in the lists.
