One more question to be clarified: in chapter 3 Prerequisites, it mentioned a full version of (such as Kalkitech) DLMS Client software is required if any development on DLMS library. Should I need another DLMS Client instead of this TI DLMS? May you please explain more about the relationship between TI DLMS and (Kalkitech or others) DLMS Client? Thank you.

DLMS solution was developed by MSP430 team a while back, so I can not comment on your question. I will ask them to post a comment here.

from the ticket below, we don't provide the DLMS library. Do we have other way to implement DLMS?
