My customer inquired about how to check SNR, BER, interference and congestion information while system is running.

I checked the user guide and E2E, but no information.

The customer has to write his own FW that logs the data of interest.

Hi,

The SNR in CC1120 is around 6-7 dB. To make a quick test to measure BER then the SmartRF studio can be used with CC1120 EM as a known good unit to perform packet Rx or Tx, continuous Rx or Tx tests to your DUT. If you require further data, then as mentioned in another comment, you will have to write your own FW.

Could I get some examples or guide documents to write FW?

Where do I get SNR, BER, interference and congestion data?

Or how do I calculate it?

I need material to guide my customer on how to implement FW.
