We are using a CC1352P7 design using that currently has in place the TDI and TDO signal as well as the TCK and TMS signals. We are using a TI XDS110 debug probe which I believe uses a 2-wire interface (TCK and TMS). I believe that the TDI and TDO are optional or required for other traditional JTAG debuggers. I state this because TDI and TDO are also on DIO_17 & DIO_16 as GPIO. Do we need all 5 pins (TCK, TMS, TDI, TDO, and GND) or is a 3 wire is all that is required (TCK, TMS, and GND). We could use those 2 pins as GPIO in our design if possible.
