The last post in the linked thread mentioned the external load caps for the 48MHz crystal.
Now we don't have the load caps populated in our current (cc1352R) board. So what is the change there between the R and P versions (and P7)?

Hi Marijn,
According to the CC13xx/CC26xx Hardware Configuration and PCB Design
Considerations (https://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra640g/swra640g.pdf), section 3.1.1, we require external load capacitors when using the when using the +20 dBm PA. Here lies the difference.

Arthur
Hi Arthur,
The thing is we don't even use the +20dBm PA. But indeed I read the document you mentioned and tested it with external load capacitors and it made no difference unfortunately.
