BOOSTXL-CC1120-90: not shown as connected in SmartRF Studio 7 running at Windows Professional 10

I am using Windows Professional 10 (x64) desktop. After installing the latest SmartRF 2.27.0 version, I inserted the BOOSTXL-CC1120-90. The device is not shown up in the connected list.

I checked the device manager under "Cebal controlled devices" and none appeared. The Cebal driver seems installed correctly.

On the BOOSTXL-CC1120-90 board, the light is on.

What did I miss?

Please check if the jumpers are connected as mentioned there.

I followed the steps to set jumpers as in https://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra492/swra492.pdf

Anyway, I changed to another computer with Windows 10 Enterprise version. It works.

I don't know what wrong with the first computer: Cebal driver, SmartRF Studio 7, or maybe other hardware
